This page explains what this website collects, why, how long it is kept, and what you can ask us to do about it.
Who is responsible
The controller of your data is Kodu Meister, which operates the website kodu.help. For any question about your data, write to [email protected].
What we collect when you send a request
The request form stores only the fields it shows you:
- the service you chose, and your description of the job
- the area and the address where the work is needed
- your preferred date and time of day, if you gave one
- your name, telephone number, and email address if you gave one
- the language you used and the moment you agreed to be contacted
Nothing else is recorded from the form. We do not build a profile of you, and we do not use these details for advertising.
Why we may use it
Each purpose has its own legal basis under the GDPR:
- To answer your request and carry out the work — necessary to take steps at your request and to perform a contract.
- To issue and keep invoices — a legal obligation under Estonian accounting law.
- Analytics cookies — only with your consent, which you may withdraw at any time.
- Keeping the site secure and preventing form abuse — our legitimate interest in a working service.
How long we keep it
A request that led to work is kept for as long as the accounting record it belongs to requires — seven years under Estonian law. A request that led to no work is deleted after 12 months. You may ask us to delete it sooner.
Cookies
Necessary cookies keep the site working and cannot be switched off. Analytics cookies are set only if you agree.

Who else sees it
Your request is seen by the people handling it. Beyond that, only the services listed here process data on our behalf:

We do not sell your data, and we do not share it for anybody elses marketing.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you may ask us to:
- tell you what we hold about you, and give you a copy
- correct anything that is wrong
- delete it, where we have no obligation to keep it
- restrict how we use it while a question is resolved
- stop using it where we rely on a legitimate interest
- withdraw your consent to analytics, without affecting what came before
